Our Staff at Churchbroker.us has been helping religious and daycare organizations locate suitable locations in Southern California for their parishioners for over 50 years. Our staff is highly trained and experienced in locating suitable properties, negotiating an acceptable price and terms of purchase, locating tenants to share the facility to provide addition monthly income.

We realize that each organization is different in their spiritual journey. Our passion and desire is to assist the Pastor and their board of directors in the difficult process of purchasing a property, obtain financing, and the submission of the Conditional Use Permit documentation through the city planning department.
