Churchbroker.us is here to assist nonprofit organizations in the purchase and sale of church properties and help locating commercial properties suitable for use as a church, daycare/preschool. We partner with our clients in the tedious task of applying for a conditional use permit with the city for approval to utilize a commercial property as a church, or daycare facility.
The broker, Harold Miller is a disabled U.S. Army veteran who obtained his real estate salesman license in 1970 and his real estate broker’s license 00403837 in 1972. With over 47 years of service to nonprofit organizations in Southern California, he offers substantial knowledge and experience to advise clergymen and women and their board of directors in the ramifications in the sale or purchase and financing of a property.
